At Shivshakti, we strive to ensure your fashion experience is seamless; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your order within 15 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags intact to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Log in to your Shivshakti account, navigate to 'My Orders', and select the 'Return/Exchange' option for the specific item.

  Quality Check Preparation

  Pack the product securely in its original packaging including all price tags, invoices, and promotional freebies provided.

• 3.
  Pickup & Inspection

  Our courier partner will arrive within 48 hours to collect the package, followed by a quality inspection at our warehouse.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once approved, your refund will be credited to your original payment method or Shivshakti wallet within 5-7 business days.
